Terms of Service
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) or (“community”) and Wolf-Store, (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://wolf-shieldv2.tebex.io/ website as well as any other media form, application, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By purchasing our products, accessing our services and/or visiting the “site”, you agree to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any given time.
1. Usage
By accessing and using Wolf-Store's script, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- Modify any provided materials or create copies of any file, resource or similar provided
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our service.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Send you emails.
- Find and prevent fraud.
By purchasing Wolf-Store script, you agree to the following terms:
Harassment, bullying or inappropriate behaviour towards Wolf-Store staff, support members, or other Wolf-Store customers will not be tolerated. Users partaking in this behaviour may be removed from our Discord server and be reduced to email support. Extreme cases may be grounds for license termination without compensation at discretion of Wolf-Store management.
Wolf-Store does not offer refunds. All purchases related to Wolf-Store are final and non-negotiable. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you are forfeiting your right of withdrawal as a resident of the European Union. Wolf-Store uses the sale platform Tebex and PayPal to collect information regarding delivery, your set-up & ongoing usage of our services and this information is provided to PayPal & the payment provider in the event of a fraudulent chargeback.
Additional servers require an additional license purchased to run Wolf-Store Script. Servers not included in this category are overflow servers which are exact copies of the original server or test servers. Additional communities and/or additional game modes require an additional license. If you transfer your Wolf-Store resource (keymaster), you will lose your license. We will review cases where it is alleged that the license was stolen on a case-by-case basis.
Customers or affiliated Registered Staff Members or Developers are not permitted to commit or aid a player in committing ban evasion from the Wolf-Store ban list. If a license owner suspects a ban of being false, they need to contact support. Committing or aiding in ban evasion (procuring or advising the procurement of alt accounts, etc) is strictly prohibited.
By accepting these Terms of Use, the Customer agrees to comply with the Terms of Use of all platforms associated with the Wolf-Shield/Wolf-Store script, including Discord and FiveM. The Wolf-Store script license is tied to the Customer's Discord account. If the Customer loses access to their Discord account due to a violation of these Terms of Use, Wolf-Store will not be liable for the loss of the license or associated services. In this case, the Wolf-Store script license may be suspended or revoked without refund, and Wolf-Store will not be liable for any consequences arising from a violation of the Terms of Use of any other platform. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that their conduct on all platforms complies with their respective terms to avoid any impact on their Wolf-Store license.
This will let Wolf-Store to terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or electronic format. License termination will not include refund.
Wolf-Store does not permit the reselling or leasing of it's licenses by unpermitted parties. Licenses resold or leased without permission can be terminated at any time, with no compensation to the Customer.
Wolf-Store script reserves the right to limit or remove access to the service at any time for violations of the above terms. This may include termination of an individual from the service, limit access to the service, or discontinue use and accessibility permanently to the service. We reserve the right to not allow access to "verified only" modules of Wolf-Store script at our discretion without providing reasoning. Verified modules are not guaranteed at purchase.
2. Wolf-Store Script reserves the right to revoke a license & not issue a refund when
By accessing and using Wolf-Store script, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- The party and/or customer involved has ‘leaked’, distributed or attempted to crack Wolf-Store script files.
- The party and/or customer involved is found to be causing Denial of Service towards Wolf-Store and its Customers.
- The party and/or customer involved is found to be a cheat developer.
- The party and/or customer involved is found to have license shared after warning.
- The party and/or customer involved is found to be operating maliciously against Wolf-Store
- The party and/or customer involved is found to be attacking another FiveM server and/or community protected by Wolf-Store.
- The party and/or customer involved is found to be selling unbans or pardons from the Wolf-Store server ban lists.
- The party and/or customer involved is found to be developing a product similar to our own.
- The party and/or customer is found to have un-permitted usage of the license on additional servers owned or developed by the Customer.
- The party and/or customer involved is found to be doxing, harassing, or exploiting information found via any Wolf-Store related service, including but not limited to: logs, game screenshots etc.
- The party and/or customer is involved in reselling Wolf-Store licenses without formal consent.
- The party has been found by adjacent services (i.e. FiveM or Discord) to violent the Terms of Service of those relevant platforms.
3. Disclaimer
All the materials on Wolf-Store website and service are provided “as is”. Wolf-Store makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Wolf-Store does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website and service or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this website. Staff reserve the right to cancel the service and not issue a refund.
The lifetime of the product is not the lifetime of any person/service involved with Wolf-Store. Features within Wolf-Store are not guaranteed for the duration of any license.
Open source products do not benefit from future updates.
4. Limitations
Wolf-Store or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on Wolf-Store website or service, even if Wolf-Store or an authorized representative of this website and service has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Wolf-Store is not liable to ensure compatibility with all server host providers. If a server hosting service is not compatible with Wolf-Store, it is the responsibility of the Customer to remedy the issue with the provider or seek an alternative service. Refunds will not be provided in the event of an incompatibility with the Customer's hosting service
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Wolf-Store website and service may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Wolf-Store will not promise that any of the materials in the website or service are accurate, complete, or current. Wolf-Store may change the materials contained on its website and service at any time without notice. Wolf-Store does not make any commitment to update the materials.
6. Site Terms of Use Modifications
Wolf-Store may revise these Terms of Use for its website and service at any time without prior notice. By using this website and service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
7. Liability
Wolf-Store is not liable for the following situations occurring whilst using Wolf-Store services:
- A third party exploiting vulnerable scripts on the Customer’s server.
- The Customer breaking and/or misusing Wolf-Store as a result of not reading provided documentation or the Customer’s failure to follow instructions.
- Performance issues on the Customer’s server
- Licenses Revoked due to shared license, file sharing, or asset transfer
- These situations fall under the direct responsibility of the Customer. Customers are advised to use scripting which is not vulnerable.
- It is impossible for Wolf-Store to patch every known vulnerability on the FiveM platform. Wolf-Store is built in such a way to not cause lag or instability in the field. Customers experiencing these issues or similar should refer to their developer (if applicable). Furthermore, features provided by Wolf-Store are not guaranteed for the duration of the Customers license.
Privacy Policy
At Wolf-Store, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Wolf-Store and how we use it.If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us.This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in Wolf-Store. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

4. Log Files
Wolf-Store follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is to analyse trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.
Wolf-Store collects identifying information from users who visit and/or play in Wolf-Store protected communities. This data is essential for the operation of the Wolf-Store service and is a necessary requirement. By purchasing a script from Wolf-Store, you agree to this information being stored on Wolf-Store's core servers. This identifying information includes, but is not limited to, your Steam account ID, Rockstar Games ID, IP address, and Discord ID. This information is kept secure and is essential, as previously stated.
Dependency on Citizen FX platform
Wolf-Store is a software product designed to run on the Citizen FX platform known as "FiveM." The functionality and operability of Wolf-Store is inherently dependent on the continued compatibility with the FiveM platform.
1. Terms of Service
Wolf-Store does not guarantee, and is under no obligation to ensure, the continuity or performance of the FiveM platform, nor the continued compatibility of Wolf-Store with FiveM. If for any reason FiveM hinders, changes or discontinues services which affect the operation of Wolf-Store, Wolf-Store is not responsible nor liable for such hindrances or discontinuations.
Customers acknowledge and agree that they use Wolf-Store with the understanding of its dependence on the FiveM platform. In the event of any modification, suspension, discontinuance, or incompatibility of FiveM that affects Wolf-Store's performance or operability, Wolf-Store is not obligated to provide refunds or compensations of any kind to the customers.
The purchase and use of Wolf-Store is done at the customer's own risk. By purchasing Wolf-Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they have understood the inherent risks and dependencies associated with the use of Wolf-Store.
